We need to spend time onsite collecting information needed to complete the report. This can include but is not restricted to;

We also complete other paper work, such as Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA), for your piece of mind. We will not share your information with anyone out-with CyberTek Consultancy.
This is were all the information that has been collected from step 1 is analysed and the GAP Analysis Report is prepared. This normally will be completed within 7 days of onsite visit in step 1.
The report will contain information on what is required for your business to become compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This fully comprehensive report includes, but not restricted to;
Review of policies and procedures
Data Mapping (if carried out by us)
Data Controller and Processor Activities
Any Regulatory compliance with your business sector.
3rd Party Supplier services
Once the report has been produced, we will arrange a meeting with the stakeholder(s) to go through the report and discuss the next steps of the report.
We will also produce a quotation for work required to get your business compliant and the time scales to complete this. This could involve;
Possible creation of data maps,
Detailing the activities of Data Controllers and Processors.
Also at this point you will know if your business requires a Data Protection Officer (click for more information)
At the end of the GAP Analysis, the additional steps are if you want us to continue the work for GDPR Compliance.
